        More than 20 years ago, my father made a decision: to plant olive trees on our land with a clear purpose — to produce an extra virgin olive oil that was not only delicious, but as healthy and pure as possible for our family.

        At first, the road was difficult. We didn't know how to achieve excellence, but we knew we didn't want to produce "just another olive oil"; we wanted one that would make a difference. Thus began a journey of learning, effort, and constant improvement.

        While many focused on quantity and economic profit, we chose another direction: to pursue absolute quality, even if it meant doing everything ourselves.

        Over time, we understood that to achieve an authentic and exceptional organic EVOO, good intentions were not enough. Every detail mattered: from regenerative farming to the exact moment of harvest. This is how LaSolana2 was born, an olive oil made with soul, rigor, and respect.

        We don't use external fertilizers. We produce our own vegetable compost from the olive tree waste, closing the natural cycle of the earth.
