Order execution

DAVIDYADRIAN SL undertakes to deliver orders within a maximum of 72 hours in Peninsula and approximately one week for the rest of Europe.

Product availability may vary depending on demand. Although stock is updated periodically, a requested product may be out of stock. In that case:

The buyer will be notified of the out-of-stock situation and the estimated availability.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer will have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without stating a reason.

Refund of payment

The refund will be made using the same payment methods used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. DAVIDYADRIAN SL will pay the amounts within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal request.

In sales contracts, the refund may be withheld until receipt of the goods or accreditation of their return, whichever condition is met first.

Return of defective product

If the product is not in good condition due to causes not attributable to the customer, the customer will have the right to return it free of charge. DAVIDYADRIAN SL will bear the expenses and replace the defective product with a new one under the same agreed conditions.
